So we started of this weekend playing friday at Fox n Hound in North Little Rock.  Saturday we headed up to Nashville and hung out some friends.  Sunday we got to play an event that Southern Marine was putting on at Talladega!  We actually played in the Motorsports Hall of Fame which was incredible.  But then Monday…THE WHOLE BAND GOT TO DRIVE!  It was the coolest thing in the world!  Ryan’s was the fastest with a speed was 175 mph!  We’ll be adding pics and video as soon as we get it.  Thanks again so Southern Marine and the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure guys for letting us have the experience of a lifetime!  We’ll never forget it!

Southern Marine can throw a party!  That is a bunch of really great people.  We had a really great time.  Especially getting the opportunity to go in the infield at the speedway and hang out and watch the cars run.  That’s incredible.  Even if you’re not a NASCAR fan you will be after seeing it in person.  Thanks again to all the guys at Southern and we can’t wait to see ya’ll in Talledega!

We had another great time playing for the St. Jude event in Bismark.  One of the highlights of the night was watching the little girl who was 3 and had been cancer free for a year ride in on a horse!  It was a very special moment, and just reminds us of why we do events like this and why we all need to keep on in the fight against cancer so we can have more great stories like this.  Thanks again to everyone who came out for your support!  Hope to see ya’ll next year!

The Singletary show went very well the other night.  It’s always great to perform with such a talented artist.  With the weather cooling off Denton’s is the place to be right now.  Chilling on the back porch enjoying a beer and great music…You can’t beat that!

We had a great time at the Colgate Country Showdown at the Rev Room Saturday night.  There was a lot of great talent that competed.  I’m sure we’ll be doing shows with a lot of them down the road.  Congrats to the Luke Williams Band for winning!  And thanks for sitting in with us Luke.  It’s always a blast man!

We had the opportunity this weekend to play at the Tontitown Grape Festival.  For those of you who don’t know Tontitown is up around the Fayettville/Rogers/Sprindale area.  This apparently was the 112th annual festival, and it was a great time.  For more information on the festival you can go to their website http://tontitowngrapefestival.com/  Also here is a news article you can read with some pics Ryan and the guys http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/295680  Thank you to all the great folks up there and to the festival promoters.  Hopefully we’ll see ya’ll again next year!

We’ve had a busy last few days.  Thursday we had another fun relaxed night at Grumpy’s.  Friday we jammed out with our Marche buddies at Fox and Hound in North Little Rock.  Then we played for our buddy Sam Finley and his new bride Brooke’s wedding.  Congrats again to you two; hope you’re enjoying the honeymoon! 

We partied it up at Juanitas again Saturday night.  Thank you all again for coming.  Matthew Huff did a great job starting off the night.  It was the first show we’ve ever done with him, but won’t be the last!  Ya’ll be sure and go check him out at http://www.matthewhuffmusic.com/ We didn’t announce it, but we did record the show, and at the very least we’ll have some youtube videos coming from it and maybe some live tracks for ya’ll to download.  We’ll be sure and announce it as soon as we do so ya’ll keep checking in!

We went to Tennessee this weekend and played at the Breakers of Swan Bay up by Buchanan and Paris TN, and it was awesome.  Everyone there was very nice, and just a bunch of really good people.  They had a bar/restaurant on the end of a marina (great idea btw) on Kentucky Lake.  Here’s there website if you wanna check it out!  www.thebreakersofswanbay.com/   We definitely hope we’ll be back there soon!  Thanks again guys!
